Role Purpose:

The Product Trainer will be responsible for creating training content and materials. They will also be expected to train the relevant stakeholders and develop product knowledge and expertise. In developing the training manuals, they will also be expected to maintain them and ensure content relevancy. Further to this, there will be a requirement to learn some of the systems and develop content specific for that system and liaise with the relevant providers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Matric qualification.
  • Diploma / Degree in Information Technology / Product and Software Development or similar.

Minimum Experience

  • Basic experience in betting behaviour is beneficial.
  • Sports betting knowledge and understanding would be advantageous.
  • 3 – 5 years of Product Training and Content / Product Knowledge.
  • Experience and basic knowledge of the software development industry
  • Tech savvy on tools utilised in delivering educational content, educational videos, learner assessments.
  • Familiarity with Betting/Gambling industry is a bonus but must at least have an interest in devising educational content for related industry personnel.
  • Understand the concept of system design, configuration, and application so as to be able to teach others on such systems.
  • Experience in utilising training tools/platforms and creating content is a must.

General Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining product manuals.
  • Identifying different audiences/roles that require training on products and aspects of a product. These will be both internal (i.e. Kiron employees) and external (B2B & B2C, Operators, installers, cashiers, etc.).
  • Initial focus will be on manuals and training for a new solution aimed at the USA market.
  • Developing suitable training modules/courses for the varying audiences.
  • Maintaining and improving the training modules/courses.
  • Utilising a platform as a training tool (such as iGaming Academy).
  • Providing learner stats/feedback to their managers.
  • Assisting with the devising and maintaining of onboarding programs.
  • Revising our UI ‘Help’ sections.
